Weekend was jammed with activities. Saturday was hectic, I tried to bring Jonath to the Botanical Gardens but we were too late as we had to rush to Parkway for Dinner. The day started of late itself. We were out of the house only at 3pm, we had to go turf city where hub had to meet a client for car viewing. I alighted at King Albert Park Cold Storage to get the groceries and to catch a quick lunch with Jonath. We managed to wobble down two EVM and an extra serving of nuggets. Boy did we suffer later on as we had to run to the washroom as Jonath n I both had really bad tummy aches. I was having a really bad tummy since the previous night from Fisherman's. I have always had a bad tummy.
After our meal, grocery shopping and toilet runs we headed to paragon as I had to get a new skincare range which he partially sponsored. I wasvery happy with Origins Checks n Balances but somehow the rest did not work well with me. As in the moisturisers and other treatment creams, my main area of concerns are my eye bags, uneven skin tone, combination skin and dull looking complexion.
As such, i got a new skincare range from Clinique, 3 step regime, Cleanser, Toner and Moisturizer. I also bought the turnaround concentrate which is supposed to give me optimal radiance, brighter, even-toned and luminous skin. Bought the all about eyes concealer too to cover up the eye bags i get from the late nights that I keep. As I am writing all these, I am also waiting for Kel to come back as he is still at work. Boy am i getting sleepy.
On our way to Parkway, I met a really inconsiderate Taxi Driver and I lodged a complaint to Comfort Taxi. We also spotted the NDP rehersals and the helicopters flying in the sky with that National Flag. Hehe. Dinner was great at Parkway, we shopped a little after that and we headed to Yi Poh's house for cake cutting. In case u didnt know, my yipoh turns 16 and she is the best Yipo in the whole wide world. Bought her nice D24 Durian cake from Angie's. It was tasty but too jelak.
None the less, we has a eventful saturday. Sunday was Botanical Gardens with Jonath n Sean. Till then Tata.
