It was Sheik's Big day over the weekend. His bride was so beautiful and I am so happy to see a good friend find his soul mate. Though I was late, we had lots of fun and we even had supper there after at Mac. Children had fun and so did the adults.

Looking forward to chiching with Mr N Mrs Ann again soon, maybe soon when Mr Ann decides to invite me over with my fav Pink invitation, joking. I know Mr Ann welcomes me anytime. Hahah, how thick skinned i can be at times.

Its been a long week, working another sat before i can get some rest and beauty slp. Looking like Miss Panda already but hey no one ever said Motherhood was a piece of cake. I am supposed to call Salem tonite but I only have time to post this and email her pics. Because i really need to catch up on my sleep. :> Toodles everyone, till the next time.

Another Good Fren of Mine

Each of us shld keep a few good friends. We dun need 500 friends to make our day. I have kept a few over the years and I am glad that I have kept them.

Salem, my bestie who never fails to give me the best advise. Someone i really regard upon as my sister, who shares good times n bad times with me. She is really zany and everything sugar n spice. Love her to bits, recently she sent me a bouquet of red roses. She reminded me of someone i loved once upon a time who is conventional and gave me red roses as choice of his love for me. The old fashioned type of love but at least i recv flowers so its not too bad also ok. She really brought back nostalgia for me. But i am sure Salem's love is much more unconditional. I hope you read this one day.

My Childhood friends as above. Ven, Vien and recently i met Rach, Someone who was with me in Primary school. She is teaching little ones in childcare now. Really nice to speak to friends whom i have not seen decades. Nice catching up. And of coz Ven my school bus fren since dunno when n Vien my everbest siao charbo who played lots of mahjong with me, we even shared many times of joy n tears, haha only vien will know why tears

And last but not least, Hubby who is my confidante and sometimes pain in my ears thats what i always think. Pain in the ear is terrible i tell u, then the pain goes to my head. Its like migraine. We have good n bad times like the weather, but the bottom line is we love each other n I will continue doing that till i step into my grave ok. Not 2 worry, u r free to remarry if i kick the bucket before u.

Was home the whole of today, really tired and sleepy. Amanda came over today and her tummy is just getting rounder and rounder, she looks totally adorable and i am loking forward to see her baby in August. I am sure she is as excited as I was then to see her new born.

Last weekeend, I was at the Botanical gardens with Kel, Kay, Jon and Sean. Hey this rhymes.

Wont write much today, need to rush out now to run some errands.

Weekend was jammed with activities. Saturday was hectic, I tried to bring Jonath to the Botanical Gardens but we were too late as we had to rush to Parkway for Dinner. The day started of late itself. We were out of the house only at 3pm, we had to go turf city where hub had to meet a client for car viewing. I alighted at King Albert Park Cold Storage to get the groceries and to catch a quick lunch with Jonath. We managed to wobble down two EVM and an extra serving of nuggets. Boy did we suffer later on as we had to run to the washroom as Jonath n I both had really bad tummy aches. I was having a really bad tummy since the previous night from Fisherman's. I have always had a bad tummy.

After our meal, grocery shopping and toilet runs we headed to paragon as I had to get a new skincare range which he partially sponsored. I wasvery happy with Origins Checks n Balances but somehow the rest did not work well with me. As in the moisturisers and other treatment creams, my main area of concerns are my eye bags, uneven skin tone, combination skin and dull looking complexion.

As such, i got a new skincare range from Clinique, 3 step regime, Cleanser, Toner and Moisturizer. I also bought the turnaround concentrate which is supposed to give me optimal radiance, brighter, even-toned and luminous skin. Bought the all about eyes concealer too to cover up the eye bags i get from the late nights that I keep. As I am writing all these, I am also waiting for Kel to come back as he is still at work. Boy am i getting sleepy.

On our way to Parkway, I met a really inconsiderate Taxi Driver and I lodged a complaint to Comfort Taxi. We also spotted the NDP rehersals and the helicopters flying in the sky with that National Flag. Hehe. Dinner was great at Parkway, we shopped a little after that and we headed to Yi Poh's house for cake cutting. In case u didnt know, my yipoh turns 16 and she is the best Yipo in the whole wide world. Bought her nice D24 Durian cake from Angie's. It was tasty but too jelak.

None the less, we has a eventful saturday. Sunday was Botanical Gardens with Jonath n Sean. Till then Tata.
