Its been a TIRING week for me. I am back to the office and obviously I dun even have the time to update this. Well, my back is aching just as I am typing this. And my head is quite heavy as I dun have enuff rest. But well but its been a good week at work thou tiring. I have been trying to clear up all the backlog during my 2 mths plus absence, it aint easy but I am trying really hard as I am clearing more seems to come in... Oh whats new, thats just my job and what payroll is all about. Who would imagine that I would end up doing accs and payroll for a living? When ever my ex classmates ask me what I am currently doing, they get so shocked that the notti n wild Sabri is not calculating for a living. Well thats me, whether u like it a not. Well to be honest, I nv expected myself to do this as well. I guess that interview 5 years ago sure did make a diff to my life.
Ok so back to the present, i have been sleeping like 6 hrs or lesser everyday as Kay wakes up sometimes at night esp this week as she has the runs. Granny says that baby is going thru this stage where the feaces are changing. But i Honestly do not know how true that is as such Kay was sent to the clinic yesterday. The doc confirmed it was diarrohea. And now she drinks Nursoy instead of similac till she gets better. Nursoy is Soya Based with no milk and lactose. She is drinking that happily at every 4 hr interval. I was praying at first that she would not reject the milk as most infants can taste the diff even though they are like infants, well I am telling u Kayla is just plain not fussy when she is hungry. Hehe. Doc also prescribed this thing called Smecta = its a white powder, awful smell, sweet substance to be mixed with 120ml of h2o. But hey presto Kayla drinks it as well. She seems to be just slurping all liquids given to her and that includes plain tasting water, maybe a thirsty baby is a happy baby. :>
Thou its been tiring, we still took the time to go out to let loose. And how we let loose, we find nice good food. Thats why I am so bloody FAT!! Untill now i still have 10kgs to lose. WTF!!!!
Wednesday, hubby came to fetch me aft work, we ate lots and lots of sinful food on sticks from this shop near my work place called 'mummy's place' or something. Well its like sticks of chick / pork asparagus / fishballs / cheesy hotdogs / hotdogs with seaweed and god knows what else. Bcoz its all in my tummy n i totally forgot what it is. Its like i dun realli care for instant food like this, We didnt have much of a choice as I was like so hungry and so was he, we didnt have to sit down n find somewhere proper to eat as Hubby was rushing to go woodlands to pass a client come documents for his car number retention. Well just promoting Hubby - He does export, sales of new n used cars. So do think of him if u are intending to sell or buy a car.
Thursday, dinner was at the old Marche at Heeren. Its called Vi'lage now. Sounds funny rite, like Village. Its our 2nd time there and we realised that we would have a 15% discount there if we had used our UOB card, blind me didnt noticed at all on our first visit. Whats new? As blind as a bat. I ate Baked Salmom with baked potatoes. And he ate his normal meaty roasted stuff. Not sure what he ate. And we shared green veges in nice oyster sauce and we ended it with Waffles and Bananas. Yucks like he forgot i Hate BANANAS! So this place we had dinner at is exactly like how Marche used to be. They have different themes and we tell them what we want from the menu of each themed section and we get freshly cooked food on the spot. Its realli delicious if u choose ur mix n match food items well.
Friday, we ate with Kelly and Amanda at the black chicken shop at Jln Masjid which is near Kembangan n Telok Kurau area. Well i dunno the exact chop name but i know the food is just great there. I was like their weekly patron when i was preggies with Kay. They serve chick soup
in different variations, they also have different types of healthy fishes and u can choose to cook it in any way that u like, veges are the same. We ordered this bean like dish 'chao dou' which hubby likes very much and so does kelly, its supp to be good for the kidneys. We had ma you ji which is sesame chicken, black chick soup with Ginseng which is specially for Amanda as she is about 7 mths pregnant now. We also had pig's liver in claypot which was quite tasteless Kelly said, I really wouldnt know as i didnt even eat a piece.
Saturday, we Jack's place for dinner. More pics will be coming in my next blog.
Sunday, home sweet home, we ordered kfc n pizza for the whole family and just spent a lazy sunday at home NUAING.
Monday, back to work, many hiccups today during my absence in SC. Trying my best to rectify problems. After Hubby n kelly came and we went Sim Lim to get our Norton Internet security which is Anti Virus, Firewall, and many other funny things that I Cannnot remember combined into one cd. Walked and walked n finally found the OEM version which is much cheaper, bought the Disney collection Mouse, Mouse pad and wrist rest as well. Veri nice, i will share the photos in my next blog. Oh ya not to forget my Daisy Ducky CDR. So now i am all Disney characters just like my daughter Kayla. HAHAHAHAHA! Best way to destress is retail therapy, buy n buy then complain so broke. Bloody Typical Sporean la.
Toodles, its Bed time. Must let Hubbi use the com bcoz he always says i use till so late then leave for him to use, sometimes i fall asleep n even forget to shut down. Imagine the Pigginess in me. ;p
