Hubby Family ties are very important in my life. My life goes on each day with the support and love of family members who are always there for me 24 7. There was a period of time in my life where nothing else mattered but myself. It was selfish thoughts and it was only a temporary phase that went past in a flash. Along the way I learnt my lessons well and I learnt the true values of how important my family is. If i could go back in time, i would take back all the hurtful words that came out thru my mouth and learn to spend more time with Grandma.
Grandma brought me up with the help of Grandpa and Mummy. We were like a extended family but life was good n filled with joy. Even though both my parents were hardly around, i knew i was in great hands. Looking at grandma now, she looks so frail and tired as age has definately catched up with her. As i was looking at the family album today, I began to realise how she was so beautiful in her younger days and how she has aged bringing me up. She has given her maximum to give my children now a warm home and has taught them well. She has taught me well too, without her, what Would i be today, this is a question i often ask myself. Hub always tells me that my life would come crumbling down if gm was to pass on one day. I feel the same way too. And i know the man up there will give my gm many more years to come to see all her Great Grand Children grow older n get married. Sometimes i wished we could live forever just so that i would never feel the heartache of losing this important person in my life. I know u will never read this Mama but these are my heartfelt words and u are someone i will always love no matter where i am.
Grandaunt, someone i call Yipoh is someone who is also very dear to me, We live near to each other just so that we can be close to one another. Its blk 13 to 18 to 34. All three blocks in the same area. Thats how close knitted we can be. I truly appreciate the fact that Yipoh loves both Jonath n Kayla dearly.. I am grateful for all the actions u have showered on us since i was a little girl. U have definately been a great inspiration to my life, someone who always lends me a hand when i fall. Ur words of wisdom i will always remember n ur word of encouragement deep in my heart in times of darkness. Dearest Yipo, u will always be my dearest n beloved grandma.
And last but not least the most important man in my life is my Hubby, Kelvin Tay, someone I have chosen to spend the rest of my sadness and happiness with. No need to say much about him but I am sure its pretty obvious how I am so much in love with him the Father of my children. The man who never fails to make me smile first thing in the morning.
