Wah Rainforest In Spore!
Been leaving in the east for the longest time, will never imagine wad my life will be if you put me in Woodlands or the western part of Singapore. I always feel ECP is the best highway to travel on because even if you are caught in a jam, the traffic and waiting time is still not so bad. Try being stuck on the CTE, gosh, its like snail mail.
Been travelling by the ECP each time i go to town and all and kel and me realised that they are actually building this Big Ferris Wheel like structure. When you exit Rochor exit, you can get a bird eye's view of this huge wheel. Before today we seriously wondering what the hell that was, after much debate, I got my answer today when I recv an email from a friend of mine. Before our realisation, I actually did not believe that they were buidling a ferris wheel. Hubby was insistent thou that it could not be anything else. I was like telling Hubby that 'Singapore wont be so mad la to build such a big ferris wheel? Who is going to sit? Siao ah? Cannot be la Singapore wont do things that will lose money one!!' Hahaha over confident me got a slap today when i saw the email because they are indeed building a bloody huge wheel. Whoppeee!!!
Went to the website as well and it was definitely a beauty to look at, I mean the blue print of the whole planned layout. The ferris wheel would be located at the station which is still under construction called 'Promenade'. Quite arty farty la the station's name. I was really amazed at the concept of this structure. Its so huge that it can carry capsules of 30pax, unlike the normal wheels which carries carriage of maximum 8. I mean i dunno of any bigger wheels as the max i have sat in is 8pax. So can u imagine the size of this structure? Told Kel about it and he was like 'u see u see'. Hehe. Asked him so are u gonna bring me sit a not when it starts. he gave me his usual answer 'see first lo'. So i guess that means a yes bcoz i normally get my way out of things. :)
The true beauty of this would be the entire proposed plan linking to the IR. There will be a few other beautiful man made things that Spore will be building which is all near the Wheel and Casino. I am looking forward to visit this Greek Theatre and Some Rainforest. The blueprint looks so amazing. Its like 'are u sure this spore?'
Right so going forward, I will be happy to get a free ride on the wheel and anyone who wants to sponsor me to the Casino? Can i even enter in the first place? Wad the hell, i dun even gamble. Just want to take a peek to see how it looks like inside. :>
Getting late, got to turn in soon, Its a long day tomorrow. Got to bring bb to in laws, wait for my new notebook to arrive in the afternoon. After which, we would be going to Al Dente for Dinner. Kelly works there and we are going to have nice quiet Italian Meal tomorrow evening. After which, we will be heading to Sis's place to spend the nite with her. Its been some time since we have seen Syaza. Not much time as before as Kayla is our new born and we spend all our time with her and Jonath. Sunday will be home sweet home, we would be spending some quality time at home. Rest day for hubby as the monday would be the start of his work week and my full time mummy week. I will definitely miss the times of being a full time mummy once i return to work which is in less that 2 weeks times. :<
