Been out of the house alot these few days, why? Because its over the confinement period and I just need to recoup on the lost days that I have not been out i guess.
Over the weekend Saturday, we went over to Grandma's place and we saw Amanda there. She is like 5 mths pregs now and she just broke the news to us, she is expecting a Baby Gal just like me back then. Its really nice to see people around you nice and round. Knowing for the fact that their little one is arriving anytime soon. We spent nearly the entire day there chatting and catching up on loss time. Had dinner there, after which, we went to Compass point just to do some shopping. I went to get some girdles and support undies from Triumph. U see its a very normal thing to buy after pregancy to keep in shape. But of course, we also have to watch our diet and ensure that we eat the right propotions. And exercise is a must. We can never do without exercise. So far I have lost about 12 - 15 kg. Well that is considered bad as i still have 10 -14 kg to go. I put on like 26kg during this pregnancy. And now that I am older, my metabolism is much lower. As such, there is much more hard work to put in. So i am going to say this to myself. Jia You! Jia You!
And talking about little ones, I am anticipating the arrival of Little Sophie. Aunty Vicky and Uncle Nick will be expecting their little one sometime in May. So I will have a little cousin all the way from New Jersey. Or will it be Pennsylvania since they are shifting anytime soon.
